Karabus, Birks & Mayors present at Retail Connections Executive Summit

Antony Karabus, CEO Karabus Management, and Michael Rabinovitch, CFO Birks & Mayors, co-presented atthe Retail Connections Executive Summit in Boca Raton, Florida.
Rabinovitch described the need for improving the finance function at Birks & Mayors and how benchmarking has helped in his goal of reducing costs and improving effectiveness. Karabus shared insights from their industry-first Retail Finance Function Benchmark study with over 25 leading chain retailers, and implications for the retailer finance function.
